INFO WILL of Sarah Ann Atkins. proved at Caterbury June 1889. Will made 3 Feb 1888 by Sarah Ann Atkins living at 10 Princes Street. Appoints John Pettet Ramell of 120 High St. Deal to be sole Executor. To be interred in a good oak coffin in the burying ground of Upper Deal in family vault of fathers, if not possible, then near sister Susannah Crofts in Cemetery at Upper Deal. Residue of estate to be distributed among the surviving children of my brothers: Peter John Atkins, Thomas Broadley Atkins, Stephen Henry Atkins and my sister Mrs. Clayson of 20 Gellatly Road Nunhead, also John Pettet Ramell and wife Emma Jane to share and share alike. Also to John Henry Clayson Junr of 20 Gellatly Road Nunhead, my silver table spoon, dessert spoon and tea spoon. To dtrs of Thomas Broadley Atkins all clothes except named items that go to dtr of my niece Mrs Gibben [sic]. To dtr of John Henry Clayson my workbox. To Emma Jane Ramell several named items. To Mrs Sutton of Finglesham Farm, Kent "frame of various likenesses." To Mrs. Chandler of 10 Princes St Deal named furniture.
