The Administrator General of the United Provinces [India] hereby gives notice that he is administering, in his official capacity, the estate of Garnet Yule Seymour late of Naini Tal, who died at Sitapur (U.P., India) on 30th March 1945 [sic], and all persons having claims against the said estate . . . should prefer their claims to the said Administrator General on or before the 30th June 1947 . . .. The assets of the estate of the late Mr. G.Y. Seymour consist of his personal property, cash, monies in bank, G.P. notes, shares and debentures and the amount recoverable from the trust created by Charles Marshall . . . as well as the accumulated income . . . from the trust created by the deceased's father, A.J.C.Seymour, from 12 Sep 1925 to 31 Mar 1945 till the death of G.
