Wightman, of Thornton, who was leaving for South Africa to take charge of a large butter making concern. Details of the proceedings are given. Mr. H. Wightman learned the butter business from his father, whose farm at Thornton is known to be a very extensive and successful butter-making operation. "Mr. Wightman left Melbourne on Saturday last, per s.s. Wilcannia to take over the management of the Harrismith Industries Limited (butter factory.)
